All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full).
Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, BACS payments are dispatched as soon as payment shows in our account, Cheque payments are not cleared for 14days.
We are responsible for orders reaching you, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense.
Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.
All products carry a twelve month warranty.
Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
The delivery address for returns will be emailed to you do not return anything until you have contacted us for instructions.
Returned items should be sent recorded delivery for the customers security.
You will be refunded the cost of the return postage if the product is found to be faulty.
If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it (see above), if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.
If the customer requires a product to be resent due to non collection at the post office an additional postage cost will be charged.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3 days, subject to manufacturer availability. When stock has been discontinued to avoid disappointment you may be sent an alternative of equal quality and value.
For products that are not faulty we have a 7 day money back guarantee. All products must be returned in a resaleable condition unopened and complete with all tags etc. There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from any refund of the purchase price. Postage costs will not be refunded. Such items will be returned at the customers own expense.
